How do I become a member of "The Gold List" ?
Simply create an account on our website and you’ll automatically become a member. You will receive your welcome points upon signing up.

What are the tier levels?
There are four levels in The Gold List: Admirer, Collector, Icon, and Elite. Each tier unlocks new benefits and rewards as you grow your jewelry collection. The more you shop, the more exclusive your experience becomes.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by making a purchase, creating an account, or by referring us to your friends.
Do I earn points if I purchase in store or through another platform?
All your orders are part of the Gold List, if you purchase in store or over Whatsapp/ Instagram we will add your points to the account. Within 24 hours, you can see your new balance.
Will my points expire?
Points earned will expire one year from the date they were earned, meaning that not all points will expire simultaneously; each will follow its own individual expiration timeline.
When does my tier status reset?
Your tier status is valid for 1 year after your registration into the program. Once the year has passed if you did not collect enough points to go to up the next tier, you will go back to the first tier, the admirer. However, if you go up a tier, the timeline restarts from the date you joined the new tier.
